On May 3rd, according to data released by Brazilian shipping agency Williams on Wednesday, as of the week ending May 3rd, the number of ships waiting to load sugar at Brazilian ports was 79, compared to 61 in the previous week.

The quantity of sugar waiting for shipment at the port was 3.427 million tons, compared to 2.5361 million tons in the previous week.

In the total amount of sugar waiting for export that week, the quantity of high-grade raw sugar (VHP) was 3.427 million tons.

According to data released by Williams, the amount of sugar waiting for export at Santos Port is 2.732 million tons, while the amount of sugar waiting for export at Paranagua Port is 615700 tons.
