The theme of this expo is "Gathering One ´Sugar´ and Sharing Sweet", aiming to build a comprehensive service platform for the sugar industry that integrates production and sales integration, marketing system, authoritative information release and exchange, brand marketing and promotion, investment, trade and cooperation, technological upgrade and product innovation, research result conversion and application. The theme of this expo is "Gathering One ´Sugar´ and Sharing Sweet", aiming to build a comprehensive service platform for the sugar industry that integrates production and sales integration, marketing system, authoritative information release and exchange, brand marketing and promotion, investment, trade and cooperation, technological upgrade and product innovation, research result conversion and application. Guests from all over the world gathered  to discuss the “sweet bluprint”, look forward cooperate opportunities. Representatives from ministries such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as well as representatives from the China Sugar Association, the Thai Sugar Manufacturing Association, Brazilian and Thai sugar enterprises,  sugar related enterprises in the region, and well-known enterprises in the national food industry, attended this expo.

    This expo has a sugar exhibition area, specialty food exhibition area, leisure food exhibition area, beverage exhibition area, seasoning and ingredients exhibition area, agricultural machinery and sugar machinery equipment exhibition area, and sugar industry supporting services exhibition area, with over 1000 exhibitors.
